Complete Corrugator

The complete corrugator is mainly composed of mill roll stand, single facer, pre-heater, overhead bridge, triple preheater, gluer, double facer, slitter scorer, rotary shear, and stacker. 

Each corrugated board manufacturers has its own needs. The two ply, three ply, five ply and seven ply corrugated lines from 1400mm/wide up to 2800mm/wide with speeds from 100meters/min up to 300 meters/min are available to meet the specific product needs.
